We took a day trip the the Wisconsin Dells over the Memorial Day week end. There was a neat tour boat along the lake and stopped a a cople of interesting sites. We took a short hike through a narrow gorge. At the end were bathrooms and a concession stand.





This is Witches window. Some feel that the area is hauted and scary at night. There is a hole in the rock and you can see vegetation on the other side.

Many years ago a man developed a "stop action lens". No one believed him so he had his son jump between the two rocks while he took pictures of the action. They now have a dog that jumbs between the two to re-enact the event... I missed the dog.

Oh what a lovely couple.

What do bad boys get for Easter?

I always wondered what bad boys got for Easter...

Now I know.

This is actually a chocolate Easter Bunny that Elaine left on the table in the sun. It kinda melted. It looks bad but tastes good.

Cayman Vacation

April 4, 2010.

Just returned fro the Cayman Islands and stayed at the Morritts.

I went with Bob, Bobbie, Bruce and Angie. The beach was really nice but not too many people were there. We stayed on the East end of the Island, about 30 minutes from down town.

We dove 5 out of the 6 days. One day was too windy and the waves were too high to dive. Three days of shore diving and two days of boat diving. Our best dive was at the Turtle Farm.

We saw some big lobsters, eels, nice corals and various tropical fish. I also saw an octopus squeeze into a small hole.

I even saw a shoe tree... ????

We were driving down the road and couldn't pass up taking a picture of the sign. It is advertising food ... not a comment toward men.
